Enter a search term or terms into the search box and click the "Search" button (may be a magnify glass).
The search results will include the following information: Title of file matching search result; Snippet of text that includes highlighted text that matches your search terms
On the search results page some sites will have the option to narrow your search results.
The search engine will ignore parentheses in the search term. To search for a term such as 401(k), you can search for "401 K" to find every instance of 401(k) in the site. You can also search for 401 k, but you will get every instance of 401 and k on a page which may cause you to get more results.
If you are having trouble viewing a downloaded file, be sure that you have already installed a current version of Adobe Reader. Click here to download Adobe Reader. Also check that the file has not opened in a different tab of your web browser or in a new browser window.
If you still have difficulties accessing, viewing or downloading a file click on the Contact Us tab and fill out the Technical Support form.
Once logged into the site, you can bookmark and return to any page in the system. This includes any file, search page, index, help/support, etc. Each browser handles bookmarking differently and instructions for each can be found below.
Bookmarks are currently only tied to a browser and computer combination. If you wanted to share bookmarks, the best way to accomplish this is covered in the following two links:
Social Bookmarking Definition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_bookmarking

Firefox can be customized further with Add-Ons. Add-Ons are small applications that run inside of Firefox and can add more functionality to the browser. There are Add-Ons for Delicious Bookmarking, Google Bookmarking, Bookmark Sharing, or many more. Find out what will work best for you by going to the Firefox Add-Ons page, and search for different bookmark tools.
Note: Adding extensions or add-ons to your browser is your responsibility.
Google Chrome can share bookmarks between multiple machines just by logging into your Google account on each machine while using Chrome. Everything is handled automatically by Chrome. To create a Google account go to https://accounts.google.com/NewAccount?service=chromiumsync&hl=en-US
